...., mit meiner Klasse!!=) Wir haben vor einer woche eine Exkursion nach Liepaja ins alte Gefaengnis aus dem 2. Weltkrieg gemacht!!Das war total lustig und interessant. Wir haben uns das nicht einfach nur angeguckt sonder wurden dort wie Gefangene behandelt! Aber von vorne:
wir sind mit dem bus angekommen und wurden von den Waertern auf den hof des gefaengnisses gefuehrt. dort mussten wir stramm in einer reihe stehen und die arme verschrenkt auf dem ruecken halten. eigentlich sollten wir auch ruhig sein, aber wie das so ist hat das natuerlich nicht geklappt=)! zur strafe mussten wir liegestuetze machen=(....das war nicht so lustig! nach edlichen liegestuetzen mussten wir uns in zweierreihen aufstellen und ins gefaengnis gehen, natuerlich ohne zu reden. die waerter waren natuerlich sehr streng und haben gerne und laut geschrien( das hat ihnen sichtlich spass gemacht---> die lieben ihren job =)). im gefaengnis angekommen gings runter auf die knie und die arme oben am kopf....so sassen wir ca. ne halbe stunde waerend der waerter uns was uebers gefaengnis erzaehlt hat! als er dann endlich fertig war durften wir im entengang in unsere zellen maschieren und dort mit dem gesicht zur wand stehenbleiben. auch da konnten wir es uns nicht nehmen lassen zu quatschen...die strafe kam sofort--->liegestuetze...aber das wurde ihm dann irgendwann zu langweilig, dann sollten wir im staendig wechsel aufstehen und wieder in liegestutzpose gehen..ca. 100 mal!!ich hab Sun abgekotz! ja das war also mein erlebnis im gefaengnis, es war sehr lustig. also wenn ihr mal nach lettland fahren solltet und in liepaja seid, macht das mal mit!!!
was gibt es sonst noch neues?? gestern war bei uns martinsfest mit viel essen und mein kleiner gastbruder, der martinš heisst, hat viele geschenke bekommen, weil es ja sein namenstag ist!!
achja ich kann endlich schwimmen gehen, ich habs geschafft. ich geh jez 6x die woche zum training 1-2h und hab vorher an manchen tagen noch krafttraining! das ist total toll und krieg endlich mal den lettlandspeck runter...=)
ansonsten gibt es nicht viel neues...mein lettisch wird immer besser, ich lerne jetzt ventspili, dass ist auch lettisch aber in ventpils spricht Latvian is different, this is how we at Bavarian. and oh yeah I've learned Needlecrafts =), then heard the for a Latvian girl =). no, but I was sick the last week and I was bored and my host sisters crochet the whole time, and there have nuja she taught me!

here now so once again a small report from me but ... at the beginning first, some pictures!
ok so on the first picture is my host mom vita, on the second picture I am with my new passion soap bubbles =), on the third picture you can see our new friend we made in Riga, on the fourth my older host sister and I, on the fifth lea, it is also an exchange student from dtl and I understand her very well here. is on the next screen to watch our house, then our yfu on owo, the next my younger host sister and my tutor on the last zane! yes ok so so much to the pictures!



otherwise ok so here is a lot happened in the meantime! many great stuff but not so great things! but of course I'll start with the awesome! a few weeks ago we had a sports day at my school, it was like all the schools are taken by our ventspils olimpic centr each other and there are arrayed against each other! in all possible sports: swimming !!!!, basketball, athletics, etc.! that was all a bit like the Olympic games set up, so really .. great with Olympic torch and incoming fire and was so .... the! Then there was the Teachers' Day! so because it was so that we all have our class teacher brought flowers again! and to this day do not have special teachers to teach the 12 ... well done and how you imagine koennt hatten wir nicht wirklich unterricht..also ich haette an dem tag eigentlich 9 stunden gehabt aber wir konnten schon nach der 3. gehen weil die 12 kein bock mehr hatten..aber es war trotzdem lustig!!!dann hatten wir noch einen tag wo wir die 11er was fuer die 10er vorbereiten mussten, zur begruessung weil sie ja jetzt auf der highschool sind!!! das kann man eigentlich so ein bisschen wie den chaostag der 12er vergleichen! also die 10er wurden mit lippenstiften vollgemalt und dann sind wir in einen park gegangen, aber vorher wurden die 10er zusammen gekettet, und dort mussten sie dann irgendwelche hindernissparcoure durchlaufen, natuerlich immernoch zusammen gekettet!!!ja und zum schluss waren alle nass, weil sie das mit diesem teich nich so auf die reihe ... have got! but they have not complained !!.... I was the last time we in again for a
riga and it was so funny ... I'm on another exchange student .. and we slept with johanna ham taken hold as nausea with the other of yfu and were at open house in the YFU office! missing on friday night we were waterpipes locally in one that was smoking real fun there, and water pipe makes a lot of fun! then on Saturday night was at johanna a party where the water pipe was not allowed (I think this is so typical Latvian) and because once again we had to have lots of fun! which we in Riga are always a welcome change to the normal everyday! that we had somehow typical Latvian!
on friday i was with my older host sister at a birthday party! and the girlfriend of her celebrated in a sauna .. so satisfied such a pirtsparty! that was so dependent as we have drunk a little nausea and have danced and then you could if you wanted to go in the sauna!
on Saturday we celebrated the birthday of my host father! which of course again with sauna was so so slow I think I'm the saunagaenger I come to the right to nem contract ... and I also always better =))
yes on the day I also finally met my

here now so once again a small report from me i wanted a bit of the school tell here, because it really quite a difference in contrast to the school in Germany! So the teachers are here in latvia tolerant of something .. that can really get away with murder (the apologize in advance ... you'll still understand why!) actually is the school here is very stressful and hard! die erste stunde beginnt erst um 8 das ist echt gut und dann geht eine stunde 40 min!in der erste schulwoche hatten wir eine "probewoche" das heisst das wir unseren richtigen stundenplan noch nicht bekommen haben sondern erstmal nur so ein paar stunden jeden tag hatten! da musste ich auch jeden tag erst 8.50 in der schule sein und hatte nur bis 14 uhr unterricht!das war echt toll, und ich bin fast aus den latschen gekippt als ich montag meinen richtigen stundenplan gekriegt habe!ich habe montag 8, dienstag 9, mittwoch 9, donnerstag 8 und freitag 7 stunden...das ist wahnsinn! aber was auch echt toll ist, dass meine direktorin meinte das ich nach der "probewoche" entscheiden soll zu welchen faechern ich gehen will und zu den faechern zu den ich nicht gehen will geh I just do not stop! teaching subjects which are essentially as in dtl. the only thing that is different, there are business, cultural history, psychology, ecology and health with something like that ... but I still have no proper translation found! ok so the lesson here is so that the teachers all the time dictated write and the students! that's pretty hard for me because I do not understand and so can not help to write as I do not even know how I write the words must! but a bit then I'll write more about my neighbor from bank but I have no idea what I write as always! otherwise I will still not get bored if I can not even take notes, then I look just great in my order and see things the war there the funniest! otherwise, I ate yesterday, the national food of latvia beans with bacon! I would have thought that I absolutely do not taste but it was totally delicious! The food here is generally very good, if rather greasy!
we were a few days ago noch in der sauna! das war total aufregend, es ist so das die letten mit badebekleidung in die sauna gehen und als ich ihnen erzaehlt habe das man in dtl nackt in die sauna geht haben sie grosse augen gemacht, und am meisten hat sie gewundert das maenner und frauen zusammen in die sauna gehen! es hat aber trotzdem total viel spass gemacht! wir haben uns mit birkenzweigen geschlagen und so ein komisches selbstgemachtes kaffeepeeling aufgetragen! das war echt total toll und ich freu mich schon aufs naechste mal!
dann habe ich mir letztens den sonnenuntergang am strand angeguckt das war echt total toll! ich wohne ja 5 km von der ostsee entfernt!
ja ok soviel dazu...ich hoffe euch geht es allen gut und ich hoer mal von euch...ich freu mich ueber jede nachricht!

The first day of school and my first weekend in Riga

ok now I post something a little bit about my totally exciting to live here in great latvia! I can now write regular as we now have internet at last, for which we even have like a tree! Any case, this is a been very joyful events and what is very nice too, we will now get drinking water soon! the water which is currently out of our taps drip namely is yellowish-brown and report to blood or iron (I have not yet made the right choice)! in any case the real progress here, the experience I can! the preset schonmal: excuse my German but I said, come all mixed up in recent times with the denn ich sprech hier neben ein paar saetzen lettisch auch englisch, russisch und deutsch und da kommt mal schon mal etwas schneller durcheinander!
ok also der erste schultag war total interessant fuer mich, weil das hier total anders ist als in deutschland!der erste schultag, der 1.september, ist ein ganz bedeutender tag und die vorbereitungen dafuer beginnen bereits schon am vortag, so auch im hause buks! wir haben also schon am 31. august begonnen unsere haare zu frisieren, unser make-up aufzulegen und haben unsere sachen fuer den naechsten tag angezogen! und das alles einfach nur um zu gucken ob auch alles gut aussieht und ob alles zusammenpasst damit am naechsten tag auch ja nichts in letzter minute schief gehen kann! die letten sind ja eigentlich sehr spontane people but I had the feeling that they lose this spontaneity as it rotates around the 1st of September!

We are then only yet gone through the list of names and have the timetable on Monday got! then we were already ferig and could go again! go when we have then our class teacher, where the flowers! the leherer get in Latvia often given flowers and I would interssieren times what they do with all the flowers are in our class for about 31 student and as you can imagine what then for a lot of flowers to carry home! but somehow I find it's a really nice idea!
ok ... so this was the first school day in ventspils! after I came from school it was for me the matter now, because I am over the weekend and I went to Riga in magda usual! Magda is also a exchange student from Germany and I know it from my VBT! The main reason why
I went to Riga, was so firmly in Riga on the occasion of the first school day! that was set in a park and had yfu there also was had and we should go there to distribute flyers, talk to people with us to sing and dance and just have fun! The only problem was that I arrived very late in riga I hours by bus 3 of ventspils'm going to riga! I call now just a few: Seppälä (which is similar to h & m), bik bok, and there are also vero moda and Zara and I noticed that there is in Latvia really great shoe and schmucklaeden! in this whole weekend I've totally seen a lot of riga, I think we have explored almost all the old town, and we had so much fun and I'm looking forward there will be total weeks on my next trip to the weekend in 2!

hey meine lieben..ich weiss ich hab mich ganz lange nicht gemeldet aber das problem war das ich bei meiner owo(orientierungswoche) in sauka war( das ist im sueden von lettland) und ausserdem haben wir noch kein internet bei mir zu hause so das ich immer in ein internetcafe to go! The OWO was totally great, it was so nice to see again all the other exchange students! we had lots of fun and we have the most time to talk in English because there are 3 other exchange students from Germany are not coming, they are from Belgium, France and Denmark! and anyone who knows me knows that I do not know English but I did attempt it anyway! Latvian language and then we had and it was very difficult ... the language is more difficult than I thought but I'll manage somehow! Currently I make myself understood in English, German, Russian and Latvian-bit I have the feeling I can not speak properly during this German language mixes, but it is also kind of funny! yes on friday and start will be at my school! ye love, now a further report from me! So I arrived about 2 hours in Riga and it's totally beautiful here! just me by my hospitable aunt in Riga, which is full of nice and takes care of all I love about me! afterwards, will I be by my host father picked up and we go to Ventspils in my new home for next year, I'm totally excited and looking forward to know all the animal zulernen! The flight was very exhausting and I'm now first of enough airports! but I arrived safely here and that's the most important =)... so that's good first .. I'll be in touch as soon as there is something new! oh yeah I've already won a first cognition ---> the pallets did not appear to take it as closely with the traffic rules by the race like madmen through the streets and also stay away in the middle are so easy ... but I think it got used I am very quick! Now it's done! I have a family! I will come to the West coast of Latvia! In the small town of about 40,000 inhabitants called Ventspils! My host father and my host mother are self-employed! My host mother is 37 years old and my host father is 38 years old! I will have 4 siblings, 2 girls and 2 boys! The girls are 14 and 17 years old and the boys are both 4, so twins! The family is very nice and friendly! I'm going to live in a big house with 12 bedrooms and a sauna! ... I'm totally happy and look forward even more to leave in 9 days!
